Sus integrantes son M. Shadows (vocalista), Zacky Vengeance (guitarrista), Synyster Gates (guitarrista), Johnny Christ (bajista) y Arin Ilejay (batería) desde el 2011. Anteriormente, el líder, batería y segundo vocalista era The Rev hasta su temprana muerte en diciembre de 2009, debido a una sobredosis de medicamentos.
Actualmente la banda cuenta con 5 discos, el último "Nightmare", tras la muerte de The Rev.
Os presento un tema de su álbum "City of Evil" (2005), titulado "Bat Country" (traducido literalmente sería país de murciérlagos). Este tema también lo podéis encontrar en el último Guitar Hero: Warriors of Rock.
